Nozzle used in power energy and chemical industry

Short Description:

Nozzle: the main function is to atomize oil droplets. The main parameters of guilt are injection angle (30 °, 45 °, 60 ° and 80 °), injection mode (solid, hollow and semi hollow) and injection quantity. Under the same pressure, the atomization effect of the nozzle with smaller injection quantity is better. The common oil nozzles are simple mechanical atomization nozzle and return oil mechanical atomization nozzle. The former is simple in structure, simple in system, and relatively reliable. It is generally used in burners with small load, while the latter is more complex in structure and system, but has good regulation characteristics, which is suitable for boiler load in a large range.

Description

The nozzle is installed at the bottom of the furnace. The fluidized bed usually burns particle coal less than 10 mm. The coal is blown up by the wind from the hood and burns in a boiling state. There are hundreds of nozzles, which are filled at the bottom of the furnace with an interval of 20-750px. The air cap is installed on the air distribution plate. The boiler nozzle is the air distribution device of the boiler, which plays a key role in the safe and economic operation of the boiler.

The nozzle performs four basic functions:

1. The nozzle atomizes the liquid into droplets.

2. The nozzle disperses droplets in a specific pattern.

3. The nozzle measures the liquid at a certain flow rate.

4. The nozzle can provide hydraulic power.
